Before you start doing something about your body, you need to learn more about yourself. To get to know your habits and your personality. Even though it may seem like you already know everything, believe it or not it is not so simple.

Of course everyone will tell you to start exercising and dieting and they will not be wrong, but before you do that, you need to figure out what type of personality you are and then start with your healthy life.

First you need to think about the most important thing – why do you eat too much? What are the reasons and why do you have these cravings? You have four categories:
1. Compulsive type – this is the type for people who have problems with insomnia and who are prone to excess. Then their only focus is on food, so that’s why the best solution for these people is – carbohydrates. 
2. Impulsive type – this is the type of people who eat even when they are not hungry and they get easily distracted and often unorganized. If you belong here, you should eat proteins because they will enhance your concentration.
3. Emotional type – people who are in this group are often bored, have headaches all the time and have low self-esteem.  That’s why they need to eat something that will calm them such as omega three fatty acids.
4. Retiring type – this group presents people who are often shy, feel uncomfortable when they are around large group of people.
That’s why you need to consume something that will make you feel less tense, nervous and scared like dairy products, southern fruit and almonds.
